This is a picture of Select Pet Care's newest client. Bo is an 8 week old Yellow Lab and is full of energy. Don't let the eyes fool you! Bo is our newest "daily dog walk" client; however, Bo is too young to be going on neighborhood walks. Instead, his "daily walk" consists of letting him outside to relieve himself, feeding him lunch, and giving him lots of playtime and training time. Eventhough Bo is just a young pup, he's fully capable of learning some basic dog training. Because he is a retriever, we are working on those retrieving skills, and so far he's doing great! He's also being introduced to a leash and the meaning of going outside to use the bathroom. When he's old enough and fully vaccinated, he will be allowed to walk around the neighborhood, but until then, he's enjoying his mid-day visits and getting lots of love! If you have a new puppy that needs attention mid-day, call Select Pet Care. The same daily dog walk rate applies and we spend just as much time with your puppy as if we were taking him/her on a walk. We are also conscious of puppy behavior and will work with your puppy to learn the dog basics.
